if maid is completed 2 contracts, does the new employer not check with the old one for reference? it seems that they are really easy to look for new employers. also, they can select the family that they want to work for.........
we have an arguement end of last year. we have been talked for many times. Also, she is not really taken a good care of the kid. Kid got hurt closed to eyes last year when they are out to tutoring center. Maid claimed that it was because of kid playing. I balm her for not inform us immedidately on this happen. She kept brought him to turtuing centre and home. Until night time, we saw the issue of the kid eyes to find it out.
Also, my parents are completing her. We have a big family.
Due to above, i think it is not worth to pay her on the long service payment. therefore, i do not renew the contract with her.
Currently, Phil maid market is slow and trouble. I do not know whether my new maid is able to come on Apr. Also, how good she is.

But some families, she does not like it. as far as i know, she just signed a contract last weekend, but i do not receive call for any of her potential employers. therefore, i want to know whether the market is changing and no need to check her performance.
I try to ask a maid ,who completed 2 yrs contract, provide her ex-employer\' contract or ask her ex-employer to contact me but the maid said no contact for her ex-employer, thus I replied her I won\'t consider if I can\'t contact yr ex-employer to assess yr performance.
