我個女今年六歲，在富食街裏面間心珠算到上堂。前日在家做功課時喊話心珠算好難，如果上課時做得不好，老師會打她手和臉。她說其他小朋友也會被老師打。
我相信都是細力打，但都不能接受體罸。
你有小朋友在那裏上課嗎？有同樣情況嗎？
我可以怎處理？

我覺得佢哋係不受school board監管, 因為見佢無set student/teacher ratio, 地方又不太乾淨...

我唔會再俾小朋友番, 而家諗緊用咩方式投訴, and should I ask for a refund for the last 2 lessons? (that\'s over $110 for two kids)

i think i will file the complaint to the school board, as they should be register in to the school board before they could take the student.
then 退學 why make the kids to suffer and they might loose the interest to learn all those things.

我個仔用嘅係筆袋, 佢話老師將佢隻左手放入去, 然後拉埋拉鏈(我估唔係拉得好實). 過咗一陣, 放佢隻手出嚟時, 仲問\"痛唔痛呀?\"

老師放學果時仲夠膽話我知: \'我教佢將隻手收埋喺筆袋入面\' (佢只係話\'教\'佢, 無提自己有郁手)

My boys is at the same Abacus school and they have the same complaint! The teacher hit my sons\' head and hand, and put my younger son\'s hand in his pencil case, to stop him from using his hand to calculate!!
