仲可申請citizenship 搞埋passport (if necessary )

So If I go to Hong Kong Consulate General of Canada, would they give them back immediately?Thank you!

I\'ve applied in oct last year (drop box) and received the cert in April 2013.
submit in person would be fasten and they would let u know what u missed immediately
