After that, what happened?
She told the agents that she liked to work here but she insisted she must go home, if I didn't promise to let her go home for one month, then she would resign.
At that time, I also told agents to help me find another new helper for me coz no body (even relatives)can help me for take care kids for one month.
Very strange was...after I said I find another one...around several days later...she said she try to ask her husband and daughter to handle money issue..............

Same case was happened on my maid last year. She just come to my home worked for 3 months and she cried when I was not at home, but my elder daughter was there. My maid cried in the kitchen and till I was back home.
Her father passed away because he walked outside to buy sth and then crashed by a car...
at first, I also asked her if anything we can help, she said no need...
but after 2 days later, she said she wanted to go home coz all her money has keep in his father bank acccount.....
She cried again and we asked. She said her father passed away in Indonesia. I told her that we are sorry and offered to help if she needs anything. She said no need as of now. I just told her to let me know if she needs help.
