I could focus easily before I was pregnant, and i was a quick thinker and very smart. Now my son is almost 20 months old, but I ain\'t still recovered as I was. I feel tired easily, and I could not read anymore. What can I do?????

Same here, easily forget things and my brain seems suck for most of the time. Once i overload it, i will have a bad headache

i am a full time working part time studying mum, i need to look after my 2 years old after work and during the weekends...

Yes, take more rest. You must be overloaded.
Take AL and sleep may helps.
For long term, may be you should search for another job which don't need to put too many effort.

u feel tired becoz you are overloaded. Not sure if your child is raised by maid or your parents. But both are just helpers only. Actually Mum is still the one who gives the more caring to the baby, which costs a lot on both time and energy, not to mention as a working mum, who gives much more and burdens double. If we do not know how to release that pressure, it will have negative impact on our energy, which in turns influence our performance in working, just like a vicious cycle.

If you have entered into management level, it is not easier to make a decision between family and career. However, i think what you need now is to take a break, even a short one to escape from your work and, most important from your family. It's never been easy to strike a balance in life, isn't it? let's cheer up each other!
