Don\'t use toys, TV, smart phone to encourage them to eat, is a bad habit that\'s hard to break and can make you very exhausted.
Babies are simple - if they don\'t like the food, if they are not hungry, or if they are not well, they won\'t eat and you can\'t force it.
This is a transition period - keep trying different foods and textures. Eating together on the same table helps too.
If she shows interest in grabbing some food or use her hands, just let her try it.
9m 7.5 kg is still within normal range. My girl was exactly the same too, but she\'s healthy and seldom gets sick, so I am still feeding my girl.
9 months still needs lots of milk and appetite can be variable, I won\'t stress or force her to eat. Just encourage her with lots of varities, and let her drink more milk if she wants to.
Maybe your girl hates the food?
Mine hated cereal, hated porridge so I started noodle, pasta, and rice quite early; also tried different vegetables and meat.
Just let her eat as much (or little) as she wants, and keep trying the same food until she accepts them.
