Launch Chrome
Click menu icon (the one on top-left hand corner)
Click Toos, Clear Browsing Data
Depends when problem surface, Obliterate the following items = the past week / the past 4 weeks / the beginning of time
(enable) "Empty the cache" and "Delete cookies and other sites and plug-in data"
Depends on data volume, could take couple of mins
Good luck
