Under "ABO screen", there are a number of options, select "Safe mode with Networking" so that u could access the internet.
Once Window booted,
Click <Start>, <Control Panel>, <User Accounts and Family Safety>, <User Accounts>
Click <Manage another account>
Click <Create a new account> and type in necessary info.
If u have some files save in previous corrupted user profile and want to retrieve it,
Go to Windows Explorer and go to <C:>, <Users> and locate that corrupted user. Go to the folders where the files were saved and make a copy and paste to a new locations.
One more reminder, in Vista environment (or even win 7 or 8), 11 out of 10 occasions (i.e. 110%), u can't restore the corrupted user profile.
