當然唔係HK而係oversea地址，外國嘅Hermes official website都有送貨服務，可以送去你提供嘅當地地址，我朋友係意大利住，每個月都會返香港一次，所以佢可以幫我帶返香港

Well i suppose H online store is meant for customers who live in other city without a H store so they can shop online, and have it couriered to home within the country therefore not meant to have VAT refund programme. If you check regularly, the sale items always change ar... I had seen UK online once have a crevette Victoria for order. Well too bad that they just limit to certain countries for this service. I always use it to check price before i travel, such as London so i know whats the diff between London and UK.
