總覺得食罐頭有些問題，(1)not fresh food (2) indication of laziness?

除非小朋友很喜歡sardine(?)

我個工人都試過用沙丁魚(濕)炒意粉比我同個女做lunch, 難食到嘔! :tongue:

some of the helpers really hv no brain when doing cooking, if she is this type of person then u better teach her exactly what/how to cook or give her some cook books for ref.
