It's near centre of Yuen Long, within walking distance, and the estate itself has shuttle bus service too. My flat is
694sq feet and I have a carpark in basement. The management fee is HK$999 and HK$180 respectively. Grand Del Sol is the property of Sun Hung Kei, and just like other SHK property, it is managed by Hong Yip Service Co and I think their service is good.
