my daddy at 柏景灣 tower 6 at 9:30am 碰見 工人帶 around 2 years old boy walked from left hand side (tower 7- tower 10), the boy push the baby trolley. the helper hit on the boy's head at least 3 times to make him push the trolley faster. poor baby
so wicked the helper !!! ( she has long hair)
i cannot imagine the baby stay with her at home...
if I were there, I will take the video and upload it...
