I just came back from Sanya last week ah...Yes, you must bargin the fee with the taxi driver. Actually, the fee from airport to yr booked hotel should be around RMB$80, so you can try to ask for RMB100. Usually the drivers will make double for the fee, you can asking for 'half" will do.
