You can freeze 1 part congee the day before (for second day) in ziplock bag。
And bring day 1 congee in a 保暖壺。
Put the frozen congee in the hotel fridge on day one so by day 2 it is defrost. The you can ask the hotel to help u heat up on day 2. Or put the ziplock bag of congee in hot water to warm it up.
If that is too much trouble. Then you can give bread and fruits for day 2
