I m in Rome. Just bought a classic jumbo
3110 euro n refund is 435 euro
However I paid credit card rate not very good. But

I will go amsterdam then Paris
Since I bring 2 passport HKSAR n BNO
Hope that can buy 1 more in Paris n sell it out
I buy in Rome now just becoz I afraid the price will rise as I arrive Paris at 24 DEc night
Now I can use jumbo in Europe :)

If jumbo Eu3110 can refund Eu430, it must be better rate than paris.
I got jumbo Eu2700 then refunded EU351
at Paris shop

435 is written on the tax refund receipt
But maybe it is before handling fee
