1. 請問大家用那一間銀行做按揭？利率幾多？(細銀行信得過嗎？eg bank west)

2.請問大家會按揭有無好似香港咁有1%rebate 同罰息期？

3.我知道澳洲申請會按揭時要比申請費，大約幾錢？

1. 請問大家用那一間銀行做按揭？利率幾多？(細銀行信得過嗎？eg bank west)..............we are using bankwest, is ok, i think the deal is the best compare wioth others banks now

2.請問大家會按揭有無好似香港咁有1%rebate 同罰息期？

3.我知道澳洲申請會按揭時要比申請費，大約幾錢？....................normally they ask you to apply the credit card also, then they can wean off your application fee.

btw, i am doing one new loan with bankwest now, so is fine.

I did some research from different bank home loan. For your reference :

Bankwest: 4.99 % ( fixed rate- 2years)
5.38% ( variable rate)

HSBC : 5.19 % ( fixed rate- 2 years)
5.25% (variable rate)

Commwealth: 4.99% ( fixed rate- 2years)
5.5% (variable rate)

Yes, the news said the interest rate may drop in aug. Rev bank will announce interest rate tmr too. News said should be remain the same. If interest rate drop, the house price will be increased.
