St. Peter Primary School (AM)

Hi all,

I would like to know more about this school such as student life, homework and etc...if any parents who your kids is studing at St. Peter, pls kindly share, thanks!

I heard it's a co-ed school; but the school exterior seems pretty old. Any comments?

Yes, the school looks pretty old and I heard that they are going to move to other place if change to whole day class.

My son will be in P1 this Sept, I do hope that he enjoy study at St. Peter.

I graduated here. I think the teacher there is good.

Academic is also good in this district.

My son is studying in this school (pm session), suppose they are very similar, I can tell my son likes going to school very much. The teachers are quite good---always give the students small gifts(a pencil, a special clip...etc) to encourage them. Each class contains only about 30 students (small class teaching) .

Also it is a well-known band 1 school in this district.

Great to hear your son enjoy the school life. It is very important that teacher do love and care kids.

How's about the homework? Is it too much everyday? Are they teaching one level higer than normal?? I meant....using P2 syllabus for P1 student.

Normally my son uses about 1 to 1.5 hr to do homework each day. I think it is acceptable.

For textbooks those they're using are at normal level i.e. P1 using P1 textbook, P2 using P2's...etc. I do think it is better than to use higher grade. The English and Chinese textbooks are the same as St Paul's Boys. (English - My pals are here, and Chinese - 快樂學語文). The level is not too difficult and not too easy. I think they're just suitable.

Could you mind to tell me your son/daughter graduate from which kindergarten? How many class for AM and PM? I'm heard from my friend that the AM class standard is better than PM class, is it true?

hi, 唔好意思, 而家先看到個mail,

關於做校服, 我唔多留意邊間好, 總之佢地會去學校sell, 去年我地都係登記個日順便係學校買埋. 原來學校有搞二手校服, 即有同學長高左唔合穿就取回學校給合穿的同學.

除左女仔有31個入英華外, 男仔又點呀? 今年的升中有些不同, 以去年的分班試來定, 唔知今年有沒有差到呢?

我亞仔讀禮賢會. 另St. Peter 上下午有各有三班, 全級上下午校共有約(不足)200人. 以我去年所收資料, 下午班比上班成績略好.

今日睇到st. peter 個web, 個result都好似唔錯, 見佢有成20個入聖類斯中學, 想問聖類斯依家係band幾架?

Hi

My son will study at St. Peter (am) P. 1 this year. Anyone know the 課外活動英文、數學、乒乓球、枱拳道教得好唔好？約幾多錢？附近有冇得學？因為本人會8月份才搬家到學校附近，人生路不熟，可否指点吓呢！

We went to school dated 12 July, they only gave us some briefing about 課外活動? May I know how may times for
test/exam?
