0530,恭喜你呀! 減佐21磅咁多~~~! 咁你除佐食extrim同飲助助茶之外,自己有冇做運動呀 ? 會唔會成日痾架? 你有幾高呀? 如果over 5呎三,117磅都好標準喇喎!我之前都有試過食藥,但好多隻都唔work,而且,我老公極抗拒食藥減肥架!所以,我每次都要偷偷摸摸....最終都決定靠自己! 唔食藥! &醫生話我血色素&血壓比較低,唔好飲咁多茶.....。所以,我都唔可以飲減肥茶呀~無辦法,焗住靠自己啦!(又冇咁多$去什麼「修身x」「皇室x形」呀!)
幾年前,我都試過自己減,食少d(成日計住卡路里)&行樓梯,兩個幾月我減佐18磅。不過,而家同以前住既地方唔同,冇得再行樓梯,唯有做sit up呀~呼拉圈呀! 同埋一個星期做兩-三次帶氧運動。減佐十日度,而家減佐3磅半。可能我心急啦!覺得好慢咁呀! 同埋成日「盈」住自己冇以前咁young,d 新陳代謝好似慢佐好多咁。不過,呢排覺得手臂firm佐少少,都有d欣慰o既~~~!
