I don't understand Cantonese, so please let me ask in English.
If I want a specific bag, how long should I wait for it to arrive after I request it from SA?
I don't know if my request went through Because my SA just says I will contact you if it is in stock.

I started shopping in May this year and reached 100K last month.
SA doesn't tell me how much more I have to spend…

100k is a bit borderline and it depends on whether you have specific requirements on colour, etc.

The best way is to ask your SA directly because the treatment can vary with different SAs or shops… The mix of your spending may also have an impact.

Different ppl got different situations coz we are dealing with different SAs. It’s all about money, luck and patience. 100k is not a big number to those who shop at Hermes. All u have to do is follow your SA’s ‘instruction’, then your dream bag will come soon. Good luck

hm...to me if you have put a specific request and you got a clear answer, i.e. "I will contact you if it is in stock.", you should have reached the level of required spending. if not she would have hinted you to come more frequently, to work harder, to look at other stuff in store before saying this.

if i were you, i would contact her like once a month to check progress and see if the same answer is consistently given.

seems the large batch of mini constance shipment was done a few months ago (as you may have seen in other forum some ppl posted the same style of bag in consecutive days) so may need to wait for another batch of shipment.

I think once your SA said to you, she/he will be in touch once the bag you asked for in stock. No worries

You will have the bag eventually. How long have you been waiting? Two to three weeks of waiting is reasonable to me as you have made a specific requirements for the bag. As other JMs suggested, better contact your SA directly if you hear nothing from her/him in two or three weeks. Good luck to you!

Depends on color. I waited around 2 weeks once got enough spending on other items but rejected finally due to size is too small. Sales sent me photos of mini c in black, blue, red, pink, green. Finally waited one more week to have my nata c24. Such a short waiting time is fine for me.

I didn't specify a particular color. I'm just telling SA that I want mini C.
If I ask my SA about the progress of bag and get the same answer each time, does that mean i haven't spent enough?

Has the SA hinted you to buy anything (introducing products to you)? If not, perhaps it’s just timing as one month is not a very long time.

If you’re really anxious, you may visit the shop and ask (if you hasn’t asked in between the month you’re waiting).

Does the 100k spending include the item on back order? If so, you do need to wait till the item arrives.

A month ago, when I went to the store to check the stock of accessories, SA introduced diamond earrings.
but it's around 50K, so i didn't buy it.

100K not including backorders.
