急!!! 應該點轉奶粉至啱呀 ?

hi all moms,

我阿囡呢排飲奶好曳曳, 每日只係飲得十幾oz (睇住佢呢幾日瘦落去, 好擔心), 有時沖支奶奶比佢, 佢"dap"左一啖就擰歪面唔要, 尋日印印話我聽, 佢以前新加坡揍個bb飲能恩低敏, 又係甘, 後尾bb去睇醫生, 建議bb飲第二隻奶粉(好似香港無得買), 之後個bb飲奶好乖乖.

尋晚我地睇住阿囡好肚餓, 但係點都唔肯飲支能恩奶奶, 於是我老公落街買罐心美力(阿囡一出世就飲呢隻), 阿囡"dap"左一啖後, 好開心, 係樹繼續係甘啜, 飲飲吓仲好冧甘望住我黎飲, 好似好滿足甘, 跟住自己又用雙手捉住個奶樽.

我依家好想幫阿囡飲番心美力, 之前阿囡飲心美力飲左兩個幾月, 都無物大問題, 若果依家一次過轉哂, okay嗎 ?
究竟可唔可以一次過轉哂架 ?

其實我地好衰, 見阿囡多痰同埋飲奶唔好, 都比阿囡試過好幾隻奶粉架啦, 之前飲a+, 大便好差, 後尾又試森永, 但係阿囡唔多歡喜, 我甘樣轉法, 會唔會影響阿囡腸胃架 ?

我阿囡呢一出世就飲A+, D便便都OK, 又長肉…但係一路都好似咳咳有好多痰, 只是間唔中清少少…咁我地諗住係因為阿囡返學, 好易病。所以每次都係照帶佢睇醫生，查實醫生都有同我地講過屋企會唔會有好多毛公仔或窗簾, 地毯咁, 會令小B敏感…咁我地又覺得唔係。…到噚日又再咳得犀利，咁我地又帶佢睇醫生，醫生又再話…BB可能對牛奶配方奶粉敏感, 咁由噚晚開始有一餐轉令能恩低敏。初時阿囡啜左一啖都唔多想飲，但最後勉強都飲晒6安，因為肚仔餓了。(後尾我先聽有BK媽話能恩味苦, 唔怪得阿囡唔想飲)…但係, 我同老公都發覺阿囡飲能恩個餐之後好似真係無乜點咳，而臨訓個餐食A+, 又好似野痰好多喎!!…有待觀察。

轉奶粉方法:
如一日五餐,
6AM, 10AM, 2PM, 6PM, 10PM

應該由下午個餐轉起, 醫生話阿B無咁易扭計仔…即係2PM個餐轉先, 觀察佢3日便便正常, 又加多一餐食新奶粉, 即10AM, 跟住又觀察3日便便, 又OK再加6PM個餐轉埋…如是觀察3日便便….最後先轉早或晚個餐, 就係咁勒!

轉奶粉法應該次序為:2PM, 10AM, 6PM, 6AM或10PM

如食開奶粉OK既, 唔好隨便轉…小B好難適應的。佢係咪因為其他因素而少食左奶:
1)作病, 2)開始想試餬仔(但係太早食其實都對腸胃唔多好, 最好滿5個月先由果汁試起, 先餬仔咁), 3)有肚風, 4)食滯左無便便…先了解咩原因唔食奶, 有必要就帶佢睇醫生!

我有留意, 你好似話家姐日頭會迫小B飲奶...唔知佢係咪怕左/食滯左...有時每餐食少左1安半安可以由佢, 好似大人咁, 有時都會無胃口...當然, 要搵出原因。太擔心可帶佢去見醫生。...千萬別心急!!!

多謝哂您既分享, 我諗我會學您個方法轉奶粉.

係呀, 阿囡比我家姐迫飲奶呀 ! 我家姐之前都迫到阿囡每餐飲6.5oz (但夜晚我餵, 佢只係飲3oz), 但後來, 唔知阿囡食滯左定其他原因, 5月頭開始, 若果阿囡清醒既時侯係完全唔飲我餵既奶. 佢可以14-5 個鐘唔飲奶, 所以我覺得個問題好大, 試過煲開奶茶, 又煲紅羅白竹庶水, 又飲吳德物次, 都唔得, 但係阿囡好生猛, 好活躍, 又多野講, 探哂熱, 我地都好肯定阿囡唔會係作病, 摩佢個肚仔, 又暖lup lup, 唔實, 應該唔係肚仔痛.

見到阿囡尋晚甘樣, 又肚餓 (阿囡其實好為食架), 又唔肯就範 (但又好硬頸), 都唔知點算好. 見佢鐘意飲心美力, 好想就吓佢.

希望您阿囡一路飲能恩都飲得好啦, 有d bb飲能恩到2歲都okay架. 飲左能恩, 好長肉同bb皮膚靚靚.

我做左個表, 因為我要學校同我地配合, 所以我個表係同我教你的時間有出入...我幫你整埋表勒, 你比個依貓我, mail比你參考丫.

你可試慢慢轉返佢飲既奶, 因為你比工人揍, 所以要佢跟表做。有時又怕自己返工返到矇矇地唔記得阿囡轉奶情況, 所以例個表好d。希望你小b轉返舊奶粉都ok丫!

雀巢最近向大陸出問題, 好似唔包哩隻 "金裝低敏"事.

我search過yahoo網, 發覺有好幾隻奶粉之前都話基因改造超標!?...不過好似幾年前既事, 唔知而家係咪改善左??如你有興趣可去yahoo, search "雀巢能恩"

我又唔幫阿囡轉奶粉住勒, 因為佢今日向學校d臭臭唔理想(因為阿囡向學校疴臭臭, 我都睇唔到點唔理想法...只問老師, 老師話比較稀, 好似有點"san"咁, 咁我問返醫生, 佢都叫停先。因為怕阿囡唔知係傷風咳既菌/定一或係轉奶粉令佢d便便唔理想。所以要停左佢先。

唔知有無關係, 我發覺同係bb食奶前一兩個鍾, 同bb落街行下, 等佢睇下野, 之後返到屋企會想食奶:
唔駛行好遠, 屋企附近。
唔好行到bb倦到想訓。
最好返到屋企仲係好清醒。
如果bb識坐就比bb坐下自己大脾, 等佢睇多d野。

Yesterday I've used one hour to type a reply post in Chinese here and I can't find it now :evil: :evil: :evil: I want to type it now in English and hope you won't mind.

By BB start trying NAN HA1 from 2.5month coz she couldn't drink & sleep well and I suddenly thought of the sensitive symptoms of elder daughter, so I tried NAN HA1. For the first day I change, she could sleep silently at night and no need to cry (what a miracle

) She could drink more & more after that and around 3 month, the new NAN HA1 was promoted. Of course I tried coz the taste is better and there is DNA...etc. But drinking the new one for >one month, she hadn't increase the consumption, still drinking 5oz. Besides, she got the sensitive symptoms as 施晴媽咪, always had slight coughing and I wonder why

Last week, I go out and see one old brand of NAN HA1 and bought it coz I want to try..........I prepare both the new & old one and try..

Woo, the new one has better taste and much much sweeter and that's why BB always has 痰and need to cough.....A miracle again, when drinking the new one, she can drink 6oz/meal on the next day and then 7oz for some of the meals (you see the effect is so immediate) I called to the Nestle hotline and told them the problem of the new one, and ask them to improve the formula in the future such that other babies can be benefited in the future. I requested them to help me to find out where I can buy the old milk, without there help, I finally can buy 15 cans in one Medi-shop close to my company, I'm really happy about that

If your baby didn't drink milk better because of 痰you may try the old one to see whether it help?

施晴媽咪,
Drinking NAN HA1, the stool is a bit loose & dark green. The most important is that the times & amount of stool should not increase and then it shuold be OK.....If your BB can adapt to the new one, it will good coz the taste is much better ga

Hope all BB will drink better soon.

蕙研好叻女呀 ! 可以飲到6-7oz奶奶. 我薳然都唔知幾時可以飲奶乖乖. 不過我諗我唔幫佢轉返 nan 舊裝奶粉啦, 因為我地估阿囡唔鐘意d味, 前日我地比能恩佢飲佢唔肯飲, 但十分鐘後, 比心美力, 佢就好 enjoy. 尋日仲一路飲能恩, 一路喊, 結果飲得4oz, 但飲心美力(未夠鐘我地就比, 應該未肚餓架), 佢都肯飲, 仲飲飲吓瞓著都繼續啜. 以前幫阿囡轉能恩係因為見阿囡有d鼻敏感同多痰(因心美力好甜), 依家無辦法啦, 甜都要比佢飲, 最多沖淡d, 否則佢十幾個鐘唔飲奶都得.

p.s. 您個囡囡同我個囡囡同一日出世, 個名個音都可以話一樣, 因詩人媽joycelyn話 "薳"字可以讀 "為"字, 雖然我地讀"薳"音.

依家轉奶期間, bb d便便係無甘靚架, 到您全部轉哂之後, d 便便就好nice架. 我阿囡開頭轉奶同埋依家轉返轉頭, d 便便都係甘架, 轉定哂就無問題架啦 !

真係唔知阿囡最近搞物鬼, 以前好似您甘講, 去吓街, 飲奶就好乖, 但係家吓出唔出街都唔飲, 除左瞓著左時餵佢, 佢就係甘飲, 6oz都得. 但我地唔想吓吓等佢檬檬鬆鬆餵佢, 因之前睇左樹熊媽媽post出黎既message話甘樣會令bb唔飲奶既情況惡化(清醒時完全無飢餓感), 所以家陣佢飲得十幾oz一日, 情況令人擔憂.

我明你講乜...你意思係, 能恩新裝味道好味d, bb會比較鍾意飲, 但比較野痰。而舊裝就無咁野痰, 無咁好味......丫, 想提你呀...你買舊裝, 要留意個到期日呀! 你知啦, 一次過有15罐而且係舊裝, 怕個間舖頭原先都擺左一段時間呀!同埋個間舖頭信唔信得過架!? 我買奶粉只會向萬寧個d買, 有信心d...片片就有時向藥房買...就算品質唔好都無咁怕, 只係外用嘛...而奶咪就食落肚喎, 小心d好。

Yes, yes, dont' let the baby drink when she is sleeping ah, for my elder daughter, I think what we do wrong is to feed her milk that is not suitable for her and always let her drink when she is sleeping. My life that time is, always need to feed when she is sleeping. I need to wake up at 7:30am in the morning to make sure that she will drink the milk before she wake up and this practice last for 1.5 years

So terrible! Feeding is a bad dream to me ah! So, for the second one, I use the best way to feed her as I don't want this "bad dream" to happen again..

If Yuen Yin can adapt to the new milk, you may let her drink la and hope she will increase her consumption soon. One more thing, if the baby hate milk in the moment, feeding her some fruits will improve her desire to drink/eat and to help for a better digestion. Wai Yin likes apple sauce very much & I'll try peach sauce (very good taste) next week.

Thanks for your remind. I've checked that the expiry date is on next year end. When I bought the 15 cans milk, the Nestle promoter is there, meaning that all the Nestle products there are supplied from Nestle Company and so no problem ga.

To buy in the Medi-shop, it is much much cheaper ga ($140 vs $163 at Manning). You may call Nestle and check whether the Medi-shop is one of their distributor. If yes, no problem ga.
