But the court really need to see proves for making judgement. otherwise, they cannot do much for you.
now if you go for the newspaper, yes they will report the case and all that, and there will be a round of big discussion. But it will not affect the result or the judgement of the court.
As for 平機會, I have a pregnant friend who suited her company, and 平機會 normally is on favour for the pregnant lady.
Is there ANYWAY you can find any document or video, photo or anything that proves she resigned herself. Cos otherwise, there is really not much you can do apart from going to the press, but this may not help the case much as there is already a verdict from the court. However, I think you at least feel better after pouring it out to the press.
