工人駁嘴,黑面有咩招?

家中個工人昨日同我請3個鍾假,話要匯錢返鄉下.我信她俾她,但要它11:15分回家,因為我12:00要出外返工.結果它11:30先返來.我11:20Call她,她話在街市買魚(之前叫她買魚返Bo粥仔),返左來就黑面.然後湊BB上房就大大聲叫.我當時趕時間,沒即時同她講.但她的態度好差,好容易黑面

我覺得私人嘢唔應該俾佢係duty day做，妳對佢好都唔appreciate要丙佢，下次冇得傾！

minie is also very easy to have black face. don't know what I can do. i don't want to take risk for new one as i don't know what other problems the new one have. this is my maid's weakness but her strength is i trust that she will not steal money and treat my daugther well. i have experience that the maid doesn't like children. don't know if i am bad luck or what...

I'm facing the same situation. My maid is very emotional. I really don't know why she suddenly black face. I want to fire her but it seems that she treats my baby well. Just like you, I'm afraid to take risk. Who can guarantee the next maid is good? If there's no need to take care of my baby gal, sure I'll fire her. Most of time she pretends if she can't understand my Cantonese but I don't know why she can know so many things from my 99's teleconversation with other people. weird!

如果她喜歡黑面是不會改的,我以前都有一個是這樣的,我很快便炒了她,好彩!我一早請定第2個工人,我當是重大住個肚,我老公幾驚她打我呀,先黑面,跟住大聲同你講野.

一係就黑住對番她，再唔係就直接叫她唔好黑面，做野唔可以無禮貌對僱主的。如果她唔高興的就叫她唔好做啦。

i don't think she will change. if you don't want to take the risk in finding the new maid, then you have to suffer.

I also faced the same problem as yours. She is not good enough on the household work. Sometimes, she put on a long face and not willing to response my mother's instruction (my mother is lived with us). So, my mother's always complaint about her attitude. However, she treat my kids well and honest.

After discussed (remember not to scold her first) with her about my mom's complaint, she has improvement (not response to my mother is an impolite manner). But, sometime she still put on a long face to us (It is their habit).

I trust that it is difficult to employ a perfect maid. As I don't want to spend time on training a new maid, I still employ her. :-(

我覺得一個人容易黑面，係佢既性格，代表佢唔鍾意接受別人的意見，而想改變一個人的性格係好難的（甚至係冇可能），所以，如果佢仲有其他問題，最好都快D炒，因為咁樣的人真係好難頂！

當日返到家中我很生氣一見到她就好慶.她同我Say Good evening我唔彩她。當晚我們同她講她的態度不好要改,我們放你半日去做私人事,應該多謝,點解無多謝,遲到唔道歉.她話自己的脾氣唔好,我話我的脾氣都唔好.我每日同她做一半的家務,希望她多的精神同時間湊我女.我叫她去問她的朋友的僱主有幾多各會SHare 的家務,我們對你甘好,你都唔體諒我.
個日返來她好慶甘接過BB上房,我走之前同她講話BB唔中意成日在間房,不如帶她落廳玩,跟著她就大大聲講:I don't like stay at this room too,but I have to eat.當時又趕時間就扮聽唔到.如果唔係因為她湊我BB都幾好,我一早換人.二來總未有新工人接手.現在我唯有忍她.同她傾過,她的態度會好轉幾日,如有再犯我就實換人.
最好笑就是我老公總叫她唔好生我氣,我聽完後同我老公哭訴,工人唔尊重我,你都唔幫我.老公解釋話BB在她手,一切都要好小心,唔可以激怒她.我唯忍

你同我個case一樣, 我老公又係架, 我一大聲d同個工人講野, 或者話佢成日黑面, 做野唔掂, 我老公實叫我出少句聲, 因為佢要揍bb, 點知佢會點樣對bb, 我咪同我老公嘈囉, 我話, 有乜可能我地出糧比佢, 要睇佢面色, 仲要唔話得, 不如唔好請佢

Hi,

My maid has reported duty for 2 weeks only but she had been working in HK for more than 12 yrs old. I found out that she has a strong personality and she wants to change our lifestyle, the way I handle my 1 yr old baby and our daily routines.

For the minor things I let her decide, as my baby is so small she expects to train him to be independent and leave him in the living room by himself. She preferred to do cooking in the kitchen which I told her to wait until I return home. Also I remind her to keep the things in the house tidy, for eg to put baby's blanket properly after he wakes up and to fold the clothes after they have been taking down. However even the clothes have been taken down for 3 or 4 days, they are still everywhere in the house. She then said that mum you are too demanding and that she wanted to quit. Actually I have a partime maid helping out the cooking work and in the evening I attend the baby.

It's not easy to get along with the maid who has a strong personality and our baby is in their hands.
