我昨晚因可準時回家, 所以就打算開工整月餅, 我昨閱跟據你的食譜, 整個皮時, 不知為何好黏手呀, 跟住就係因為咁所以我就加些粉, 等唔好咁黏, 但情況有少少改善, 但焗後出來的效果極之差, 好像焗到成個曲奇咁, 好硬呀, 一點油都沒有呀 :-( :-( :-(

此外, 唔知點解我cup膠模時, 好黏, 好難整出來, 我巳將個膠模上左粉, 但都唔得, 不知是否因為我的皮太黏巳做成cup出時都唔得 (我個膠模係同你一樣的, 迷利型)

就係因為以上2個問題, 焗出來的8個廣式月餅非非非常肉酸, 個皮成個超燶了的曲奇咁

老細放工回來 (個時巳12時), 見到我個8個肉酸廣式月餅, 都無話好說同我講, 淨係問左我咩來, 因真的不似月餅, 之後他就走左好洗澡啦 :-( :-( :-( :-( :-( :-( :-( :-( :-(

不知我那裡出錯呀 :-( :-( :-( :-( :-( 請多多指教呀

皮係會有少少痴手架,正常的,聽你咁講你加咁多粉就一定似曲奇啦~ cup模是你是否太大力? 如你跟足我食譜應該無問題的~

Hi. I have posted this in Part 14. Do you mind to advise me on the following ?

Honney,

I have made the mooncake last night. Thanks for your sharing. I have made red bean and lotus seed. The red bean paste is bought from the shop. The lotus seed paste is made by myself. However, it does not look very nice as it looks a bit wet.

Do you mind to tell me which shop in Kowloon City that you are getting the Lotus Seed Paste and the Red Bean Paste?

I have got the Red Bean Paste from the noodle shop in the Kwun Tong market. However, I have kept on wondering whether they are fresh as they are not keeping the red bean paste in the refrigerator. They are keeping it "outside" - exposed to the air.

Thus, I am planning to buy the Lotus Seed Paste in these few days so that I could make some lotus seed paste mooncake again.

I am referring to the "look wet lotus seed paste". This is made by myself.

I still have some in the freezer. Thus, I am wondering I could do anything to "rescue" them so that I could keep on using them for more mooncakes. :-(

之從我轉左新工他巳沒有住家飯食好耐啦, 因我放工仲遲過他, 我大約每天要成10-11時先回到家的, 而他如果沒有會開, 就7時可以回到家了, 因他放5時半的! 所以他都沒有炸型, 因要為生計無辦法 :-( :-( :-(

我個皮唔係少少痴手, 而係非常痴呀 (唔知點解), 此外我是跟足你的食譜的, 同時我cup模不是很大力呀, 但都痴實晒個模, 好難從模整出來呀! 不知道我那裡出錯! 此外, 想問食譜內同生油, (我同了橄欖油, 作"食送"用個隻, 不知是否因為此問題, 而導致這個情況? )
