First of all, I have to apologize for such a late reply and I know that nothing would be the excuse on your side.
However, I am also frustrated with the situation as there’re many factors caused this mess circumstances.

If I was intended to cheat you all, I would never donate my own time and soul to organize the party in two months before X'mas
Even some of you were incorporated, always change their mind and did not comply with the progress and deadline to facilitate the others
People had showed their enthusiastic before but did nothing at last and interrupted the plan
Could it be said that the organizers paid an unknown amount of few thousand first and set up the function for welcome you, who would not be confirmed but just insist to reserve a quota and partly paid.
Perhaps, the other participant had to share the expenditure for the failure.
I would not take this risk.
Moreover, nobody would understand that how busy I was.
Also nobody would stand by to communicate with the others round the clock.
I had access myself before organize the function and I was able to process.
I didn’t expect there’re too much unforeseeable and could not serve you all by oneself satisfyingly.
It may be the difficulties that most organizers had encountered.
Eventually, I was not evade this incident but I was sufferred from illness before and had to rest more. I had no time to trace those pieces of information adn pack it up. It would be so tired for handling other stuff. Please forgive me.
