I haven't hired another maid since last time I fired the Indo maid. Now I'm just hiring part-time helper to do the house cleaning only. So far so good!

It's good to try Kindermusik. See if Ralph likes the environment and playing with other babies there. Anson was really happy there last time. You might call them to arrange for a trial class, it's free! :mrgreen:

Welcome! Similar to u, i quit my job right after my maternity leave! You can't imagine how tough you're to be a full time mother! But it's the most satisfied job in the world! It's really worth to be a full time mother, especially when BB is age 0-3.

I sticked the 雙語認字大卡, 0歲寶寶卡 & Chinese word cards on the wall, Andrea is so excited to play with the cards. She can recognize "eggplant", "strawberry", etc (which I showed her before while playing flash cards)

Just came back from the hospital yesterday afternoon, very tired indeed.
Well... after I wrote to you all asking about 玫瑰疹, Natasha had a very high fever of 105 at 2am that night and also 呵水 twice already, therefore I decided to rush her into emergency room, after seeing the doctor, he said it's better to hospitalise Natasha straight away in order to do some testing. Therefore, she had been hospitalised for 3 days in total. It was a very very bad and heart-breaking experience. :cry: :-(
(anton: I finally understand your feeling from Ralph's last hospitalisation, it's a nightmare.)
Now, she is eating and sleeping better since she came home (bty, the first thing she missed at home is my dog 豆豆, not even her bed. ?-( ) Anyway, she doesn't have fever anymore, but she still 呵水 quite a few times a day, hope this will improve tommorrow lah.
All the lab test result is back, all negative, but apparently種virus's sucessful rate is only about 60-70%. And she did not have any fever for a day already, but still no sign of rashes, gotta monitor for one more day.
Though I'm beginning to wonder if the 1st teething has anthing to do with this high fever, even a slight contribution.
That's right! Natasha finally has her very first teeth. I discover it on Monday.
Hee...maybe she saw me wearing myself out, so she decided to give me this treat as a reward. :wink:

Great to hear that your son and Natasha share the same birthdate. Already 3 people I knew has to same birthdate with Natasha, not including BK babies yet.
I totally agree with you that out of all job, FT mum is the toughest.
You know, when I'm around playing with my baby, skills improves very quickly, but when it comes to the maid, almost no improvements.
Therefore I totally agreed that the first three years are very important for babies.

No ah! You know, I totally forgotten it after our conversation. And you know, I really regret it now.
Well... the first night, TV room長 of course;
2nd night, pretty good sleep after 1.30am, then have to wake up at 7am because of the light on thingin;
3rd night, new 2 years old baby checkin, nightmare at night and woke her up quite a few times, then throughout the night all the room calling sounds, cleaning up, and worst of all, they started to clean my room at around 5am in the morning, (isn't it stupid, nosy after lights on but noisy also after lights out :evil: :evil: .) Therefore, Natasha and I didn't sleep well on the third night also.
The next morning, I realise that 雙人房 in this ward is the cheapest in the whole hospital. Aarrrggghhh... 真係好笨吖, 害到个女冇覺好訓. :-(

Wow! You've bought so much books for your bb, I'm still reading the book of "How to teach your baby to read", i'm quite agree w the concept. We should teach BB that learning is fun!
May i know the address of the book store, i would like to buy those card for bb as well. As I would like to start playing "meaningful" games w my BB!!
