if she does not mind working as a blue collar, first get there and join some language program and then get a low level job. It should be fine. May be she will meet some nice guy later and have a second marriage.
she just need to stay for one year and then she can move to some city with more chinese communities.

But you have to check the details, i am not quite sure.

I heard the Canadian gov said that they would like some new forces to these provinces.

唔知呢，講就講左，等佢諗下先再問佢。其實呢段日子見到佢，真係好陰功，一個女人仔，又唔係做錯咩事，到左咁年紀，真係要自己重新黎過，我唔難明佢想離開傷心地。

so i said she can only try provinces that are less welcome by even local Canadians, like Saskatchewan. Those places are having extreme cold weather.
