Don't be upset lar... Baby is easy to sick during this kind of weather. Just keep monitoring her progress and bring her to see doctor until she fully recovers. Coughing can cause serious problem if you don't treat it seriously.
Change doctor or not? Depends on whether you trust the current doctor or not. Like me, I don't really trust the doctor downstairs, therefore, after two times consultation, I let my daughter to see her previous doctor in Causeway Bay right after the doctor's vacation. We spent 3 hours to queue and we got well after two times of medication.

Don't blame yourself. It's really not your fault. We are "new" mame without experience. We learnt from mistakes. That's why we have this forum to share our experience lar... Cheer up lar... Your baby doesn't want to see you upset too.

Dr Ronald Lee is good too as he is really nice & patient. He explained things well... but the medicine is not really work. Or I should say he is not really "specialist" in PAE (兒科), therefore, he has hesitation to give "strong" medicine.
My doctor in CWB is "specialist" in PAE (兒科), therefore, the medicine really works for my baby. Again, it depends on whether you want your baby to take "strong" medicine. Whether you want her to fight for herself using her own antibodies or with the help of medicine.

BTW, did yr bb eat more now after using the mineral water (the one suggested by tanpopo)?
Looks like the mineral water given by Tanpopo & SumsumBB does not give magic. She eats more or less the same amount. I need to observe more. Anyway, I still want to say big thank you to Tanpopo and Sumsumbb for giving them for trial.
She went to see the doctor on Sat as she got external ear infection. Maybe the dirty water goes inside when taking a bath or she scratch her ears. Therefore, she got bad-temper these few days.
I did not bring qqb to see doctor tonight. My maid told me she did not cough or running nose during the whole day. However, when I back home, I saw her start running nose at 8:15 pm, then 9:30 pm cough 5 times and then stopped. I think not serious as her face did not turn red. I will observe her tonight and make decision later.
garytai: hope yr bb get well again, don't get angry by yourself, sometimes we learned by experience, as maomao said we need to add oil !
maomao: Don't say yourself 唔合格既mami la... I believe you do a lot ... a lot of things in taking care yr bb. However, since her weight is below average & early delivery, she may have late development in all aspects. If I am right, you must be in pregnant during the SASR, you are really a great mama because you were overcome many worry and hardship. For me, I delay my baby plan at that time. So, add oil, our bb will soon recover!!!
I hope your bbs get well very soon. It is very easy to get sick under this kind of weather. My husband also got sick (he gets flu very easily but I don't usually have this problem) My baby is not due until July but I am very worried that he will be like my husband (gets sick very easily)

Thanks yr support to us. It is really exhausted to take care sick baby. So, you also be careful yr bb. How's bb now? Is it approach 20lbs? I still remember yrs is 3 months but is 17 lbs. large size bb!!!

Congratulations to you become mother in July. Don't worry to much although yr husband is sick now. I can tell you I got cough, flu and even fever during my pregnancy period. The doctor will not give you strong medicine. The best way is to take rest and not going to the crowded place. I needed almost 1 month to recover at that time. Therefore, pls reserve more time for you to take rest, listen to music or even talking stories to baby. Then, the 抗體 will become better...

qqb seems much better. She only cough once last night. I did not bring her to see any doctor, just let her recover by herself. and I went to Yu Yen Sang during lunch time and saw the 保嬰丹，猴早末 & 純珍珠末， 猴早末 is very very expensive HKD100 per bottle, 純珍珠末 is around HK200 something. The man said 純珍珠末 is major for 定驚，we can give it to baby to drink before going outside. I don't know it works or not. Any mami tried that as qqb is now very afraid of going out. She will cry 45 minutes if we going out for 1 hour. It is a headache to me now.
