My kids are dying for the 摩天輪, and am still thinking should I skip the Sands Skypark (quite pricey) . As I joined 新加坡智叻之旅, I need to go 7-10 assigned attractions in order to get the certificate from SIA holidays. That's why mostly we will go to zoo, sightseeing and museum for enrichment.
And I am not going to USS because I went to the one in USA for more than 3 times. I think they're all the same and quite expensive. I rather save the $$ for some other attractions.
hi,
I have some suggestion on day 2,
there are shuttle bus from orchard road to night safari, single trip, $4.5 for adult, $2 for kids. you can visit the website of night safari to have a look.
few years before, i take MRT and then bus to zoo, which is next to night safari, it takes about more than 1 hour, so time consuming. from my experience, when you are travelling with kids, you better plan the trip not so tight, because always difficult to catch the time, always late: get up late, taking breakfast late, always cannot meet the planned schedule.
I, my hubby, 6 and 10 years old kids will also go to singapore on 11/7 - 18/7, 8 days 7 nights.
I booked the package via SIA holiday. the fight is not good, arrive at singarpore ~4pm.
D1-- dinner at Laupasa and clarke quay--- stay at Furama city centre hotel in china town for 3 nights
D2-- eating and shopping in orchard road untill evening, then to night safari
D3--science museum, botanic garden, dinner in holland village or buona vista
D4--wild wild wet, E-hub, dinner at old airport food court
D5-- move to swissotel stamford hotel, duck tour, art museum, singaporeflyer, shopping mall of sands hotel,+/-casino, firework show.
D6--+/-shopping in bugis, then shuttle to sentosa--stay at festive hotel for 2 nights
D7-- USS
D8-- sentosa until 5 pm, flight at 1900 hrs.
sorry, I made a mistake, it is not a firework show, it is wonderful(light and water) show, from sunday to thursday, 8pm and 930 pm, friday and saturday, 8pm, 930pm, 11pm, which is organized by sands hotel.
