After stop breast feeding, I use Alqvimia Bust Volumn oil because I saw magazine recommend it.
I found one week later, my breast is better. I still use it, and stop taking bust volumn pills (which I did before...). because that bust volumn oil contains essential oils which is more natural to the body, than taking pill.
If you don't want to rely on pill, you may consider this product. However, need to massage every night. Just like helping the bust to do exercise.
