琛彥個醫生講如果消化唔好, 最好食粥 (有米氣), 唔好食麵包蛋糕, 因為麥比較難消化, 病會無咁快好喎. 呢幾日比 kei kei 食清淡d, 消化好番, 其他就好快好咖啦.

No poo poo yesterday, only pee pee as she ate very little.

We will keep on giving her chinese medicine as she looks very active and clear mind all the day.

Ellen has "Double" chins, looking very fat!
That means you add her so much oil!

Sonny behaved very 得戚 in gathering, 搞到我好想砌佢!

Please take care & get well soon!

My parent know me ignoring the blanket, but just use it for "long legs"(塾腳

) during sleep at night. It would be quite easy to catch a cold. They thus put me on thin pajamas before sleep, so that my tummy & back won't be open to cool air!

Difficult to handle naughty boys and girls who kick off the blanket all the way.

you are so competent, can go up to chat when taking care of one kid and one baby. when i 'sit month' two years ago, i was so 驚青 and didn't know how to manage my time - 嗱手吾成世

Hayes like to kick off his blanket for "long" legs:tongue: , no matter which one we bought for him, thin, thick, very soft with different textures...:tongue:

We thus used to give him sleeping bag + thick one piece pajamus in winter.

How's your condition now? Eat better?
I started to try home-made lunch box, coz' 街飯比較多味精, 唔知用料來源, 擔心大陸工業化學用料、假野 & 超標...個肚好fragile, 想小心DD!
當然, 如果無胃口, 街飯一於照殺可也啦!!

of course not safe and hygienic! very dangerous indeed! but lucky that the two babies were fine.

one of them (the one in the toilet) told me that when she saw the baby coming out, she used her hands to hold it and then used a big towel to wrap the baby and made it cry. she was so clear-minded that she asked her husband to mark down the time of birth

無特別補身嘢食呀, 婆婆只是
~~ 煲咗d清湯, 如花膠; 雞; 鮑魚, 雞腳花生 .....
~~ 飲炒米茶, 田七水(去疼)....
~~ 食蒸飯或煲仔飯如杞子瘦肉, 薑蓉滑雞, 木耳滑雞....
婆婆話要餵奶, 唔好亂食嘢, 太補怕妹妹唔受得喎.......所以無食鹿茸或太補嘅嘢.
(我都仲未食豬腳薑呀....... 因為D嘢剛剛先 clean & clear , 呢幾日可以開始食喇)
