課程係 "幼兒潛能訓練課程" 雖然的website的資料未update, 但係除左日期外其他都係相同. 平日班係8月18月至10月20日早上. 截止報名日期係8月1日.

Dear all 625 participants,

Charlotte has a good day today, and also the weather is good.

The babies grow up a lot since our last gathering and this time I heard all of them can say mama la! :mrgreen:

As most of us are getting busy now and don't have much time to chat in the BK, therefore a face to face gathering become more valuable. We enjoy today's gathering very much, and hope to see you all very soon.

We have an enjoyable gathering again.

hayhay又再一次真人表演佢不停食o既絕技!!

估唔到hayhay個"袋袋"咁受歡迎, hee hee.

不過今次Gathering "陰盛陽衰", 一月羊仔下次gathering 要爭氣la.

Dear all,

現在先有時間上bk, 因Jason發咗幾日燒, 昨晚仲燒到104度, 所以零晨4點同咗佢去St. Paul Hospital睇醫生, 仲call咗睇開個兒科醫生嚟, 個醫生話佢係流感, 所以d燒唔退. 現在已經穏定咗, 所以我返咗工 (月尾好多嘢做).

Anita,

Jason冇住院, 兒科醫生都唔suggest入院, 因佢話Jason都算精神, 如果住院都唔知隔離床嗰個有mud病. 佢話如果Jason發燒加抽根, 就要入院和抽嘢化驗, 所以我哋大約5點半返到屋企. 但個醫生比咗兩隻藥, 一隻for高燒, 一隻for低燒, 要每隔兩個鐘輪流比佢食, 食到佢喊 , 好悽涼 (佢平時食藥水係唔會喊的.

Jason昨天whole day都冇發燒, 以為佢好番, 點知今晨3點半佢又燒過, 燒到成39C, 所以即刻比藥佢食(佢好係辛苦過前日), 今早起身仲燒到40C, 所以叫工人姐姐照昨天咁比佢食, 希望佢快d好番. :cry: :cry:

Hope Jason will get well soon.

My girl Natalie also got fever these two days (around 102C). Doctor said she's infected virus but not so serious. I guess most probably she got infected on Sunday by joining my relative's birthday party.

Don't worry, my daughter's nanny told me a little bit fever can help toddlers grow taller.

【明報專訊】最近出版的新書《你可以不飲牛奶﹗》，提出了一個觀點﹕就算小孩子、孕婦以至老人家，都不一定要喝牛奶來攝取鈣質。尤其中國人，很多時並不適宜喝牛奶。

這個說法，與一向聽到的、相信的，背道而馳。究竟還要不要喝牛奶﹖

很多年前，兒科專科醫生梁淑芳已提出不用喝牛奶的理論。她跟著有《Don't Drink Your Milk!》（1983年出版）的美國著名醫學教授Frank A. Oski一樣，相信﹕「人飲人奶，牛飲牛奶。」

問題偏食營養不均

她的最新著作，詳述喝牛奶的問題，包括致敏（如食物敏感、濕疹、皮膚敏感、哮喘、鼻敏感、多痰等）、肥胖、乳糖不耐受等，甚至令小孩營養不良。

書中指出，歐美不少孩子因喝太多牛奶，便不愛咀嚼固體食物，而鮮奶幾乎不含鐵質，導致孩子患上缺鐵性貧血。翻開她最近記錄的病人資料，十多名2、3歲至6歲的孩子中，大部分仍一天喝3大瓶配方奶，卻鮮吃蔬菜水果，這樣很容易營養失衡。

梁淑芳說﹕「幼兒配方奶粉的熱量高，完全是應市場需要，以滿足兒子不吃固體食物的媽媽。奶粉變成營養補充劑。」但她會反問﹕父母總覺子女瘦，究竟孩子以生長標準計算，是否真的瘦﹖「小朋友不吃飯菜，應該教他、鼓勵他吃，而不是要他喝奶來取代。」大孩子仍要吮奶瓶喝奶，她認為是生理上尋求補償的「警號」。

致病過量蛋白質吃不消

多年前已開始研究人奶與牛奶（包括鮮奶與配方奶粉）的梁淑芳，很了解配方奶粉的歷史與地位，很清楚喝牛奶產生的問題，一點不奇怪。她指出，人出生時的體重，平均要180日才達雙倍，小牛卻只要47日﹔難怪，牛奶佔3.4%是蛋白質，人奶只有0.9%，相差近4倍。

她說﹕「若以為蛋白質高，一定是好，那就錯了。因為我們不是牛，多吃了蛋白質便會病。所以才有奶粉工業，將鮮奶變成不會令小孩生病的奶粉。」如今，配方奶粉每有新產品出現，如DHA等，「只是令配方奶無咁差，但跟人奶仍相差很遠」。

原來Anita同我老公Raymond係同事tim！
Raymond食完公司的自助餐後患上腸胃炎 & 發燒呀，噚日都要請病假，佢今日返工至知原來好多同事食過生蠔 o既都中招呀， Anita 你有無事呀

dd104 - Thank you so much for your sharing. I've been so worried about my daughter that she only drinks one bottle of milk per day just in the morning (she refuses milk before the bed time since few months ago). However, she likes to eat congee, two rice bowls each meal, two meals per day. I feel more comfortable now after reading this passage.
