hehe.... yesterday a bit busy. Last night joined Ashtange Yoga (M), quite tough cos haven't join M class a long time lu!

But this morning tried Samatha's Kamal Vin series 1, it's really really really good, focus on arms!!!

我唔係好記得有咩動作啦, 有一個係個人好似衣住馬咁坐低, 上身拗向後, 後腳又拗向上, 於是腳板就掂到個頭咁囉. 我就梗係隻腳同個頭離九里遠果隻啦.
