she said it's v. good for facial wow :-P and I bought active 5+ manuka honey. What's the diff. for the honey I haven't seen UMF 10+ there, may be I missed out it
Holmanma>> UMF indicates the active level of a particular ingredient in the honey, the higher the better (and also the higher the more costly). Manuka honey is good for respiratory system, and so is especially good for those who cough and sneeze easily

thx. for your advice. i just called them and will change back to 10+ and will add propolis extract 30PFL also. Propolis is now at promotion price (buy one get one free)
