I bought the one from Sainsbury yeterday cost me £4 sth (can;t remember exactly)

its likely more expensive than the normal but still cheaper than free range chicken...

I think under £5 for a whole corn fed chicken is reasonable

in HK, a whole chicken cost more than this anyway

still 暈暈dei but not as bad as this morning

but my feel that my back is getting a bit pain (period pain)

I miss the time of pregnant as no need to suffer from period
