作c lor, 你地今個week, 個個都有good news, 但係我... :-( :-( :-( 我今日上msl 只輕得0.4 lbs, 跟左成21 days 至輕到3.6 lbs, 營養師叫我食3文治餐, 我會努力係呢3日內減減減, 希望追到la :-( :-( :-( :-(

:idea: wow .... can you see ? I can't believe it ... I lose 1lb after 4-days' Beijing tour I was shocked to hear after weighting ... please please ... don't "her" me, I'm not lying .....
I absolutely ate a lot and NO exercise at all during last week. I really don't know why

I did write 八餸一湯 on my diary as you said In fact, I wrote last whole week's diary just on yesterday afternoon. Actually, I can hardly remember what I ate every meal during the tour. So ... I wrote "八餸一湯 (too oil & salty food and I tried all)"
Hoping you will reach losing 10lbs very soon, so that I can see how you look
I don't apply any firming cream yet and that's why I'm asking now. I heard that Clairns has this kind of products but I'm not sure anyway.

I agree with wanwanfubb. We've learnt the ways how to control our health, with less oil & salty, and do exercise 3-4 times per week.

Don't :-( :-( la ... You still can lose 0.4lb for 4 days after 3 big meals :wink: Did you do exercise on weekend ? The next day after back to HK, I had M1370 and I jogged for 1 hour. My nutrionist said maybe that's reason I can still lose 1lb.
But by today, I changed to have M1600. Why I still can lose weights for M1750 wor .... :evil:

我都係呀, 年頭個時開始減, 減左4個月減左21磅, 去左一次台灣旅行肥左4磅, 靠自己努力減返2磅, 點之一個月後腸胃炎入左醫院, 瘦左4磅幾..... 但而家又肥返5磅啦, 又要靠自己努力再減過啦, 希望大家都可以成功啦~~

我都有睇你個日誌, 不過就真係好少嘢食, 但係上落又唔係好多, 其實我覺得三文治餐真係好好用, 又方便.

我之前睇有線oliver twist 煮齋菜俾佢d friend食, 佢煮嗰個大菇三文治睇到我流口水, 真係好似食牛排咁, 我都想試吓煮! 你可以諗諗, 做一d變化!

各位,

我減左兩個月喇, 都減左15磅. 由148.5磅減到而家133.4磅, 吋數都減得ok, 每隻手臂-0.8吋左右, 腰-3.5吋, 肚腩-4吋, patpat-4.2吋, 每隻大髀-1.5吋左右, fat rate 由37%減到29%. 而家都瘦左一個碼, 由加大碼變為大碼. 但我要減到115先至標準...所以仲有18.5磅繼續努力.

相比之下, 第二個月減得慢d, 要加把勁喇! 為我多左果18.5磅而奮鬥!!!

各位姊妹加油呀!!

覺得我地俾錢人管我地? 少少啦, hehe. 其實我地係學緊d好ge飲食同運動習慣. 有時真係唔學唔知ga. 初初join msl時, 我都有問我老公, "我係唔係好"side"錢呀? 俾錢人管我食野?" 佢話"呢d係consultancy service fee黎ga! 你如果自己周圍搵方法同餐單, 可能都冇人地d專業意見同資料, "side"晒d時間去試去搵, 咪仲衰, 你而家mud都唔洗理, 淨係跟指示做仲簡單啦!! 有時d錢冇得慳ga." 仲以為會俾佢"炳"tim....

多謝你地鼓勵呀, 我weekend 都有做運動架, 不過唔係跑步, 係屋企做stepper , 做完都無乜氣來氣喘, 係咪唔work 呢? 你地做咩運動架? 食m1750 好似好多野食咁呀, 好飽, 我覺得對我黎講太多, 所以開頭唔多跌lbs, 今日三文治餐, so far 都幾好, 我都鐘意食三文治架, 希望有成績la

You should reach a certain heartbeat to lose fat when doing exercise, otherwise it's useless.
Tell your nutrionist and ask what is your suitable heartbeat when exercise la ...... :lol:

大家都減得好好! 我只係早過大家開始, 所以先至減得多d遮! 我好懶, 冇用"小孩子的天空"既減籮秘方, 淨係做gym時勁做滑雪機咋. 之前實在太肥喇.....

一星期做兩至三日gym, 每次會做50分鐘滑雪機, 跟住做負重: 深蹲(操大腿)即"窄"馬企直 --> 20*3, situp --> 30*2, 背部 (另一部機) --> 20*3, 後大腿(另一部機) --> 15*3.

係屋企就20分鐘步操, 有時都會偷懶ga...

I go to gym on sat & sun only. I like jogging than 滑雪機, for 1 hr. Then do some 負重 like Pat, including sit-up, 背部, arm muscle.
At home, I do marching, patpat and sit-up only.

Pat, what is 深蹲 ? how to do that ?

都係負重果d器械黎ga, 即類似"mou"低再企直. 主要係練大腿, 不過係坐係度做law...
