For me... I think fusion is similar to indian, the difference on hands only. If you can remember the steps, then it's easy.

辛苦過samrat 既ashtanga 或ashtanga vinyasa. so far 我所上過既堂之中, 最辛苦就係syam 既kamal's vinyasa.

indian dance 冇試過呀. 我只上過一次dance intro, 一次fusion. fusion 我覺得難呀, jagan 教得好快, 我完全跟唔到.

HP 1 definitely touge la.. focus on upper parts esp arms (count 5-10 from straight hands to chataranga).

頭先又大出血,買左$6xx衫比亞仔上北京用.不過都好抵,最抵係elle果件長就80% down雙面jacket+長就夾棉雙面褸,only賣$260.

just finished my lunch.. today's ashtanga M was really nice! GoGo got improvement la (seems I'm a teacher)

, samrat was there too but just watched!

In PY, Power definitely tough, much than Ashtanga, Power... focus on the strength, esp arms, thighs muscle, so a lot of 坐無影chair's pose (like Hatha Power 1, count 30...).

Ashtanga or AV - to my understanding... got flow both, but AV incl jump front & back.

& the poses in Ashtanga/AV/Hatha Power actually very similar - one leg balance, revolve triangle, extend triangle, half moon.... so all depends on how many experience students in the class. So I tried to the crane/bird pose in Ashtanga B in PY.

& Ashtanga A in PY, I like it so much, I felt compare with Power 1, Power 1 is tough, much than Ashtanga A. Ashtanga A focus on deep stretching, core strength, so have almost 30 mins you have to practice the advance pose yourself, eg... one leg balance pose to hold big toe from the back, backward bend from standing posture, headstand....etc.

& Power 2, of course difficult la... so many powerful poses during the class, not only the holding time, also the strength, esp the upper part - ARMS, difficult to explain what poses, better to try!!

i attained once, closed eye sun salutation, closed eye simple triangle + yoga nidra (lie down and not move, master will call out 61 parts of body, you think of that part), and 縮肚練習

haha... this morning I met them (Arya+Ram) at PY's downstairs, they rushed for the classes. Arya is very very young, just a second look, I feel he maybe only 18 yrs old ar..
