No sun block. Yes. Me too. My first travel is going to Thailand with friends for 7 days. (age about 20)

day day outdoor swim and play, take photo. No sun block.

after this tour, just like Philp maid

or Thai gal. haha. . . .

so now, we must teach our gal how to protect her skin.

yes ar....thats because i did a lot of outdoor activities...i remember that time...i had the very long hours sun bath.. (No sun block cos my mom didnt teach me to use it) ..... then the dot cam ...

i asked heib to use sun block ga la...just sometimes forgot..... she is using sofina's 25+++ myself...50 +++

& that time....i even got sun burn.....

so r u using sun block for everyday now? if not...then u better to start it.

sun block - hate to use it. as feeling "chi lup lup" or "lup chi chi"

but recent month, use it daily lar!! but too late. . . . .

for my gal, i just let her use when having long outdoor time. :time:

Daily, no need gwa!! heib use it daily now?

No i mean for outdoor activities.....heib will use sun block not daily.....

but myself daily la..... then u can try sofina's....even 50...still very light feeling, totally No lup chi chi....
