快0的找個 "野" 盛起去啦 --- I know lah my friend gave me something call a breast shield exactly for that purpose but I have not sterilize it last night. But I will sterilize it immediately this morning.

why 會有 blood --- my nipple 損咗呀. I have called those breastfeeding organization but no one has call me back yet. But I have decided myself to stop that breast and let it rest for 1 day first since I have so much supply (in the freezer) right now.

妳兩公婆傻咗..飲奶 --- of course have to try try ourselves lah.

可馬上塗上自己的乳汁, 自然風乾, 很快便好...

I have been doing that ever since I have been breastfeeding but still the tip is 損咗. My SIL said maybe because the baby has already damaged it a little bit and then the pump was too powerful law.

Morning ah, forgot it's Saturday, was thinking how come none of you have went to work yet, how come no one here yet.

Have to wait for the Doctor to call to say if he will release my BB law that's why can't really sleep, kinda nervous.

BTW, my friend told me nurses told her even if there is blood in the milk, can give baby to drink. I didn't know I poured it away, even my honey said he remembered nurses saying that in those talk. ?-( ?-( ?-(

Also even if the mother is sick, i.e. have flu or cold, can continue to breastfeed baby because actually help the BB to build his immu system woh.

My honey is so funny. He has experienced all pregnancy symptoms, he vomitted when I vomitted, he gained weight when I gained weight, he experienced post pregnancy mood swing just like me.

He went to see BB last night with my FIL after dinner. Then talking to his FIL about BB's condition, he said he wanted to cry.

I thought it was so sweet and funy.

Also remember I always say my parents-in-law are very western so they are not big on boys or girls, quite equal. But last night my honey said first time he felt his dad seems to care more about boy than girl. My FIL kept saying the BB looks like himself and said "My beautiful grandson" (remember he is bias but on the other hand he does handle a lot of babies since he mostly take only pregnancy related cases).

I'm so happy to hear all that last night.

I know lah, only 21C today. I will wear more myself and make sure I bring more clothes for BB. I really hope the Doctor call soon law.

I will actually go to take a nap soon again.

So how are things with you lately ah? I really don't have time to chase all the messages.

Also think I'm just too busy, I have been very forgetful. Can't even remember to take medicine for myself, suppose to eat pills 3 times a day but for the last 3 days only remember to take pill once a day, very bad law.

I will try calling those breastfeeding hotline again this morning.

Actually after resting last night, I see scars already so hopefully will get well soon.

BTW, I weigh myself this morning, after 6 days I have lost 15 lbs already. Swelling in my feet and face have came down.

I just have to work on my tummy. I can wear back my old sports pants (those with elastic band at the waist) already.
