you said they asked you to join their sharing session, i thought asked you together with their meeting, becomes one of their mgt members....

last time i was talking about "majority", not all, also people will "shut up" once the door was knocked in PY, but keep talking & laughing during the class in MK PURE, and lots of compliants about the same problem in living and myoga in other yoga forum, both were talking loudly before the class started.... :evil: :evil: don't you think are about self displine

可能我屋企張床太軟,我條spline都未好番,好慘...無得練wheel tim...我既目標要係隻手hold到雙腳

佢係男仔，我地又好少傾,加上佢係外國返來,突然同佢傾好似好怪.我都幾直接同佢講話我呢幾日比較忙,想請佢幫手,同埋問佢呢排係咪好忙...頭一日就好啲,跟住又係咁. :evil: 或者有太多野我睇唔過眼要做得好啲啦。佢就只求交到貨就算。

我今日係tst見到有類似你著既吊帶背心賣, 但超多種唔同款, 花多眼亂, 有
1) 掛頸單吊帶 or 普通雙吊帶
2)有 pad 都有3種, 後邊無橡筋 or 後邊有幼橡筋 or 後邊有好似bra既粗橡筋&扣,
3) 100% cotton or 80%cotton+20%spanex
4) 前面圓領 or 平領
你著邊種架 ?

i place a large towel on my mat immediately now.
i will scold them if they dare step on it!

do you want me to buy for you? last time you saw my vest is 後面交叉全棉圓領,但同一款,都有唔同牌子同質地. Esp please check the pad's quality, some not good, around $30.
