maid cannot watch TV at my house ga. house rule. she has no access to TV. i got her to sign sth before she starts stating all the house rules, holiday, working hours etc

我覺得個工人本身一定要有禮貌, 對任何家庭成員都應該係咁, 我係mutual respect, 如果佢敢對我無禮 , 我會warn佢, 無改善即抄, 呢個係bottom line.

(4個月第一次反身, 5個月坐, 8個半月爬, 9個半月出牙(上面兩只),10個月出牙(上面兩只)12個月7只牙, 11.81 kgs

細叭係09年1月26日出世, 體重6磅半.
4個半月轉身, 5個月識坐, 7個半月出第一只牙(下面)

he just started last sun.

my prelim. assessment is:

- w/ 8 families learning the same thing together, the mood is quite gd. (v.s. TT, some babies are accompanied by maid) and as we can continue the class until the age of 3, i guess this will develop friendship among the babies and positive reinforcement, sth like that.

- the games focus on gross motor and fine motor skill and there are homeworks asking the parents to do within the wk

but we found some are quite difficult for the babies:
e.g. one is kneeling (2 of the babies in the gp even could not crawl, how could they kneel? my baby, though can do it, is not so patient to do it if repeated - i guess our mistake is not asking clearly the duration and freq. of the homework)

the one for fine motor skill is even more difficult (I know a baby 4 months older than mine still could not do similar fine motor exercise.)

anyway, we can report the problem to the social worker and she will do the adjustment (that's one of the adv. of the course)

禮貌 & attitude r most important. i don't mind them making mistakes, but need to admit & not making the same mistakes twice. but if bad attitude, cannot stay.

one more thing, TT has recently incorporated "baby signs" in the curriculum. i love it so much as we r also teaching baby the baby signs...

study said babies learning baby sign will be less frustrated, improve their communication skill and vocab, increase parent-baby bonding and even improve the baby's IQ.
