I put on 53 pounds during pregancy, and now has reduced 30 pounds. Still got 23 pounds to go. For my last pregancy, I have reduced nearly 30 pounds in the beauty centre (117pounds) which is even fitter than my normal weight. However, the beauty centre has closed down. I am going back to office on early Nov, don't know what to wear then....
I had a bad experience. I had a fever (104 degree F) because of the breast feeding problem ("kuk nin"). I stayed in the hospital for 2 days and hopefully I could recover. The doctor told me if my body temperture could not get back to normal range after the injection of anti-biotic....he would suspect that I have breast infection and need to help me to "fong lung" (take the bacteria out)....I were so scared, I were afraid he need to cut my breast :-(
Now, I plan...not plan, definitely cut breast feeding. I have been breast feeding my baby for a month and it's time for me to make up my mind with the nightmare in the hospital. I'm not discourage the mommy to stop breast feeding. I just want to share my experience with you. If you feel you have a lot of milk in breast but you cannot pump it out and you feel you body temp is running up, go straight to the hospital, don't wait.
I heard a lot of successful cases of breast feeding mommy. The first 3 months are the most tiring period....go and get over it, you will see a easy future. Everything is deserve for baby's life-long good health. My baby and I will be your cheering team.
Take care! I also gave up breastfeeding 2 weeks ago. I think it is not good to put too much pressure on yourself because of breastfeeding, and most formula nowadays are very good. Of course breast milk is the best, but if it is not possible to be a full time breast feed mom, giving formula is still good to our BB. Hope you can recover soon!

I have lost 20+lbs already, but still have 10lbs to lose ah! Thinking of going to beauty centre to do 'machine', do you know which one is good?
Today is my BB's 'full month', will go out dining with family tonight! very happy!
How much do your babies weigh? My BB is now nearly 10lbs, don't know if it is normal or not.
Thanks for your concern. Now, I'm using the cold cabbage to put on my breast....I feel comfortable. I learned it from the workshop.

我仲想keep 住餵人奶, 餵到餵唔到為止, 不過到左要番工時, 可能都要放棄, 冇可能晚晚起幾次身餵奶, 第日點做野呀!!
