All,

I'm sure all of you know already but since we still get question by a lot of people not to breastfeed our baby after 4 or 6 months, here is something:

Finally, breastfeed as long as you can (the American Academy of Pediatrics recommends breastfeeding for a year to reap the health benefits of breast milk). Although it's not a fail-safe guard against infection, studies have shown that breastfed babies get sick less often than their formula-fed peers do because the antibodies in breast milk protect against a host of germs.

Hi Joan, you're really great !! You can feed in so many places!! Really admire you ah !!

I still don't have the courage to do so. Also my bb will easily be distracted from noise when he's eating mama milk.

用塊布餵奶時, 你試下自己準備好先開始...應該唔會太難, 比多些信心自己先得, 你用多幾次就OK啦, 我覺得如果要老公幫手可能會仲引人注意....

Hello 大家好! 真係好喇, 咁好媽咪讚我口加口加。 (其實是BB食得定, 加上有老公在旁把風壯膽)

今日BB分派成績表啦(去健康院打針+磅重), 希望佢有6kg啦。我上個月的確唔奶, 好老實話了過奶奶聽, then她時常擔心BBsize。其實好多人都話我B細粒好似粒dice! 2-3月BB喜歡sleep多於吃, 現在她開胃多, 希望可追回50%那條線。

聚會后我的另一突破是訓係道餵奶, 唯我們尚未十分掌握其技巧, 有D痛; 不過呀b就好似好鍾意。

Sling - 我都想一齊買&學

我上過去您哋bb的網站"起您哋個底", D相好得意, 有D仲有vedio, 好鬼正! (呈芝手指篇最過引) 相比您哋我真的懶得多, 等我的起心肝又學整翻個就話過你哋知啦!

Last, 我有個friend, 翻工兩天, 工司冇得泵(conference rm 是glass, D人又出出入入, washroom又不衛生, 附近又冇hotel), 放工帶住兩個石頭回家! 您們會不會曾有這問題, 是如何解決的?

我以前都習慣瞓係度餵架, 因為chunchun食好耐, 有時成粒鐘, 不過, 宜家細佬多數食10-15mins. 就攪掂, 有時質比佢都唔想食, 所以好少瞓係度餵. 你 BB 每次食幾耐架?

番工冇得泵出來會好痛架, 如果真係好惡劣, 試下泵奶出來掉左去, 不過真係好浪費!

Be careful that she will get inflammation. Can she find a room or borrow room from other people. Can she find a 育嬰室 nearby?

bb今個月竟然冇重過!!! 落到最底條線了!!! 5.3kg(長6)。
姑娘話bb發展正常&健康所以冇問題, 醫生不反對我開始餵糊仔如bb不食formula... 月底再反去磅重。
我通常餵15-20分鐘, 一日會餵8-10次, 相隔2-3hrs左右。我每日餵奶都有記錄。重片都有6條。自問都幾勤力, 日日都有湯水, 日飲12glass水, 1-2glass奶。 bb每次吃奶都不會自己停, 每次都是我stop佢, 而佢通常不用掃wind, 也好少有回吐。

When is your bb's birth day? How weight when your bb deliver? My bb was also only 5.44kg (length: 60cm) when she was 4 months old. A xs baby (line 3 - 10). She is now 4.5 months. Don't be too worry, if everything is ok. I do understand your mind as I always worry about my bb's weight and everyone including my family often said that she is too thin and small. Even in my mind, I also will compare with other babies with similar months' old.

However, we should take it easy. The most important is that our babies are healthy and with normal development.

BTW, the nurse suggests that we need not too early to give the bb other food till 6 months for breastfeeding baby.

Tks.妤妤, (actually, i was looking for u during last gathering as i noticed u're one of the mums who also worries abt. bb weight)
My bb was 7 1/2 lbs. when she's borned. So, it's quite obvious that she's born fat but fed thin! Besides, bb parents are both not thin. 我成了罪人。冇晒心機。我已經是全職媽咪都攪成咁.... 我又亂晒陣腳了!

Joan, don't give too much pressure yourself. As all we said, if your baby is health, this is the most important thing. We will support you!!

Melody, if your friend is not able to pump the milk out anywhere. Then, she can use the hand to squeeze the milk out. It is better squeeze it than to store the milk in her breast.

Nic is sick these two days. He has cough. Yesterday we bought him to see the doctor. I want to stay at home and look after him but I can't.
Now I can say being a mother is not so easy. We have so many worries for our babies.

Hope that Nic will get better tomorrow. :-( :-(

你唔好俾壓力自己，姑娘話悅晴健康就無問題，你最緊要放鬆自己。
呈芝都係不停咁啜，最耐可以啜1個鐘，好在我係訓係度餵，如果唔係就好辛苦。不如你試下俾悅晴啜耐d，佢可能同呈芝一樣食得慢，如果佢真係含住訓著先鬆開佢。
加油呀，呢度有好多媽媽支持你。

加油呀!!! My son is also only on the 50% line last time when he went to the doctor for the 3months injection. I know the nurses at health center said not to feed baby solids until 6 months but the doctor said I can start feeding. So I feed my son a little bit rice cereal for 3 days law, and he seems to like it law.
