Please tell me how can i go to Jasmil from Incheon Airport, because we will arrive Incheon around 5:30am, but only have bus on 9:30am from Incheon airport to Aplensia intercon, need to stay in airport for few hours, so want to find other way.

Hotel gave me a quote, from Incheon to Alpensia W300,000 to 350,000 for a van 包車。

You meant the hotel quoted you W300,000 include a toll from Incheon airport? Which hotel was it? The taxi firm quoted me W300,000 as well but it doesn't include toll and it's by meter, as such the fees could be higher than 300,000.
Take airport bus to Jamsil, you could search it on airport.kr, get off at Jamsil, then I think it would be just the same street, you could catch the purple ski bus to Alpensia via YongPyong. Check on YongPyong website, its website show the details, that bus shown on YongPyong website is the same one go to Alpensia.

ski rental in alpensia is not expensive, whole day just 26,00W for adult, 20,000W for child, hotel resident had 30% off, the lift is expensive, but it is expensive everywhere, 65,000W for adult, 48,000W for child, also 30% off of hotel resident, I will buy food at Seoul, that's why I stay 1 night at seoul first, alpensia had some convenience stores, got the basic food you need but not much choices, very few restaurant as well, so yes, i will cook some simple food, or dinning at yongpeng, where it had supermarket and more choices for restaurant. I heard people talking about ski rental in somewhere nearby but I did not go for it as it is not expensive to rent ski equipment in alpensia.
ski jacket rental whole day 20,000 W, 30% off of hotel resident, half day 10,000W, I bought at taobo, I bought a ski jacket and down jacket, they serve different functions, and the most important of all is the scarf, hat, glove, make sure it is a glove for ski, water resisted, last time, my sons wear the boots with fur inside, they said it is OK, no excessive sweating in indoor!

So it seems logical to buy ski pants and boots at taobao if I will ski for 3 days as it will cost at least HKD100+ per day for ski jacket rental. Last time I went to Phoenix ski field, as opposed to scarf, I bought a pull-over scarf that is pulled from head to cover the neck and mouth when needed, it kept me warm so much.
Are you going to take the free shuttle to go to YongPyong for dining? Is the supermarket in YongPyong big enough to buy things to cook? 'Cause my flight will arrive at late night, so I won't have time to buy food in Seoul before I go to Alpensia.
