The bag can be used in either way.
Yes, the bag is a little bit thick and small but I like this colour very much and only one size available. I think mine is smaller than the one you have.

Call HK SA today :

Classic medium caviar HK$21,300 from HK$18,900 (12.69%)
Classic jumbo caviar HK$23,500 from HK$20,000 (17.5%)

So lucky to get a jumbo before price increase.

Hey, I would like to share this with you guys, I browse at another web site, it's like a forum mdae for those chanel fans!! Heard that there's a chanel duty free shop at Heathrrow Terminal 3, and the classic jumbo is only around £1050, I really want to know if somebody has such shopping experience at Heathrow airport terminal 3 as it sounds very cheap to make chanel purchase there...

surprisely it seems that the chanel price between HKG and Paris doesn't made a huge difference.. Therefore, if anyone of you will be heading to UK, please have a look lah...

I bought a classic medium caviar in Paris at EURO1,550 in mid June, after tax refund, it's about HK$16,500. While HK is HK$18,900 before price increase on Jul 1. Save about HK$2,400. If Paris has not increased price, the difference is HK$4,800.

The price from Japan MUST be higher than HK and Paris, unless u find the style only available in Japan, of course u can buy it depends on your discretion.

I once bought a reissue 226 from Japan which is $3,000 more than the price in HK!

Dear achow,

You should visit the Chanel in HK once before you go to Japan and check out what is available in HK. Sometimes the Chanel in overseas will have different colour or size available for the same style of bag which you cannot find in HK. But the price in Japan will be higher.

I went to LG Chanel yesterday and saw many new arrivals, very pretty collection!

I saw the metallic grey reissue 227 and matte grey reissue 227, both are so pretty!
