ng.... I feel similar to hatha/ashtanga but with the breathing techiques. For my back, I feel be better if I do more cobra/backbend.

just joined GoGo's Power B during the lunchtime, very good....so...will join his ashtanga B this evening again!

I like his Power Class more than Ashtanga.

六月1--4號 ashtanga 0既祖師爺Sri K Pattabhi Jois同佢個孫會來香港 ,6:30am堂,一連4日,好似要$1488.計落唔係好貴.

可能係佢在生前最後/唯一一次見佢

我終於去左H&M, 我已經唔試身, 但排隊比錢都排左25 min, 攪到我miss 左上唔到yoga therapy. 不過我知已經算係快架啦. 我買左四件衫, 一條褲, 兩個袋, 呀仔四件野, 加埋 around $1200. 都算係好抵.
