- open legs, stretch your right & left legs
- sit chair
- twist your waist
- abdomen exercise
not too many poses.

Hi all,

你地記唔記得我呀??!! 我話去做 pre-natal yoga 果個呢. i want to share with you my experience and comment.

我去了 pure, myoga, living yoga & 一間私人的 yoga 班上堂. 最後都係揀了那間私人教的 & join 了 living yoga, 可以逐堂計那種. 最大原因是不用簽約!!

pure 有 offer 我 $688/mth, 12 mths' commitment. 但我覺得教得不太好.

myoga 也是 $688/mth for unlimited lessons. but 要俾 $688 入會. 但講講下, 又可以 $398/ mth for tue & fri every week. 入會就一定無得減. 環境好好, 好靜, 好靚, 好似去了中環 d privite club 咁. 那個叫 eva 的教得不錯, 又細心, 講了很多大肚時做 yoga 要注意的事. 不過, myoga 上午的堂太少了, 不太合我的時間.

living yoga 其實對我來說最不就腳, 因我要由 mongkok mtr 行去. 但個 miss 又教得好好, 會逐個 post 執, 最後又會將教過的 post 串連一齊, 好似一個 smooth flow 咁. 地方雖不及 myoga & pure, 但設計十分實際. offer $598/mth for unlimited lesson, 12 mth contract or $399/mth also unlimited lesson but 24 mths contract.

我就想 join 套票, 因為暫時都係得 sat afternoon 一堂的時間 arm 我. 15 lessons 好似 $1600, $110 一堂. 你地話抵唔抵呢??

另外, 私人那個, 當然.... 是平 & 就腳. 佢地 last for 1.5 hr every lesson. 好似比1hr 真係做多好多野. 個 feeling 都好 d. but not pre-natal, so i need to take around 15 mins rest/ do some other post when they do some difficult posts.

我看幾個 page 之後, 你地好似有人在 living yoga 上堂 wor. 是嗎??

你地覺得我 join 逐堂計好 or membership plan 好呢??

living yoga 有 staff 話佢地會在荃灣開 branch but 又唔知地點 & 幾時開........ 你地有無聽過呀??
