The whole thing was from 3:00am till 4:30pm (the next day) so about 13 hours. 1 hour in the labour room. Finally didn't use epidural. I think the most painful contractions were the ones when I was in the labour room, but that was already point of no return, can't request for epidural at the time anymore.

You are very brave ar... 13 hours, I have gone through 7 hours and have already thought that it was ages ... but after this, I swear that if I bear my second child, I will find a doctor who is willing to apply epidural on me law !!!
I haven't really start any major exercise, kinda did 10 sit up last night in bed (my bed is really hard), didn't want to do it on the floor. Then some back exercise also. But already lost about 20 lbs, has another 20lbs more to go. However, every day have to run up and down the stairs many many times especially when he has a cute moment, the camera is always 2 floors away.
