re : eat what before yoga in the morning
my practise only drink water, but sometimes when I feel hungry, I'll only eat soda biscuits (recommend by instructor). Don't eat too much!

i don't like ND's nor Jurlique floral water, high price compare to products directly from Bulgarian farm.. :lol:

i tried it as deep cleansing mask, effective, 暗粒都迫到出黎, cellulite and stretch marks 未試呀, 佢係咁介紹
佢係粉黎架, 加花水或水變成mud , 我會加香薰油加強效果, 當face / body mask 等15-20分鐘

have you tried this clay mask before? when you talk about stretch marks, do you mean those red in colour during pregnancy? i didn't have red stretch marks during pregnancy, but have some skin colour stretch marks after given birth. is this clay mask helpful to my stretch marks? or I simply do more yoga to tighten my tummy and the stretch marks will go?
