Luckily, I only have 3 pounds to loss now ar....but I don't know why my tummy still here & loosen. Do you have any method to solve it?

I forgot who said either cc12 or nopan, the only way is to do sit-up. 收腹褲or束腹帶 can only do so much.

I'm 懶人 also, always say i will start sit up today then it's the next day. I'm so 懶 now even don't put on the waist belt, have to go up and wear it now that you reminded me.

著足半年?? I only wear 束腹帶 when I go to sleep. Because I found that it is very uncomfortable....Oh, I'm too lazy ar....

Do you find that your waist is thicker than before? Even my weight is nearly the same as before, I found that my waist still very "thick". It's very strangeness!

1. go to update your "account info"
2. Update account detail
3. go to "signature"
4. select the "font", "size" & "colour"
5. type the words in the Long & narrow box
6. click "add-in"
7. click "save"
8. you are sucessful lu
