My maid has the same bad points as your maid, even working is quite slow. Maybe I compare with my working speed with her lar. Anyway, we'll continue her contract with her on Apr. She'll doing cleaning job if I ask her to do but not actively doing that her own. Sometimes, I'll feel she's lazy, but on the otherhand, think back taking care the BB is not easy, I'll be ok with that. Agree with H3 that as you'll have new born BB next yr, & if your maid is ok to taking care, better not change a new maid.
